Here’s for a new beginning

I’m happy to start this experience, I’ll be happier when I’ll know I committed enough on posting to reflect on what I’ve shared online.

I’ll try to keep this post short and concise, I just want to share that I’m finally working on this itch that I had for a long time, and that itch is to start a “blog”, or at least to share some of my best practices / experiences in my work life as an IT person.

Just to set the picture about who I am, I’ve been a developer for more than 10 years, I’ve been on the IT operations. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead a team, also dabbled in Agile/Scrum for a bit, and participated in a lot of waterfall projects. In the end if I have to develop something, I largely prefer Agile methodology. And in the end, if I have to choose, I prefer to maintain an app rather than developing. To be on the operations side of things, to help improve the product by adding monitoring and tools is more my jam.
